windows are slightly smaller than the view screen judging by the poster. They're bigger, but not massive.

Just an idea, you could have two versions of the model (differing only in size) and just have slightly different textures for those that want the canon size or the TMP size.

Ok here is my first animated bussard test.

Note the actual texture does not have the jerk, that is the gif animated doing that.

I have it set up as a IFL same as my TOS connie.

So if my TOS connie works then this will too.

Not sure if warp warm up will switch IFL's if not either stactic bussards with wrap warm up or animated without.

Baz, that is really really cool. Cookie for you and I forgot to give to Willey a cookie for giving me permission over his textures.

Fantastic, cookie for sure.
I attempted to use the image Wiley provided (not the exact one, same image that I found on TrekBBS a week early) on Wiley's JJPrise nacelles. Didn't work too well.

Btw, don't forget to try and give it the illusion of being backlit.

looks amazing man! The new Enterprise grew on me faster than a rash, so im looking forward to this model very much. i bought the Art of Star Trek Film book the other day at borders, which is full of neat shots of the Enterprise so id recommend the book, its full of nice shots. Also, the blu-ray vessel simulator is a great source:

Looks good, though you might want to speed it up slightly.

I think the nacelle is pretty much there.

smaller fins, ball added to aft and the inner section added.

DX8 supports transperancy for the bussard to have an eye over the fan(as I can say on it) and the fan is 3D, but I dont know can BC support mesh animacion? If it can it will looks awesome ;) Years ago I was GTA modder and I remeber for the animation has a dummy for a center and direction but BC is an old game and I dont believe BC to support dummies.

No it can't, also you cannot quite have a glowing object behind a transparent one, doesn't work well at all.

Wow, imagine a gift from Activision for Christmas, a DX9 engine for BC which supports many tipes of textures(bump, glow, spec....) and dummie support for 3d mesh animation, and the game would be great. Now BC is DX8 but I cant find a file written on VisualBasic to view the effects and to adjust. I know VisualBasic, Python and a bit Jawa.

dx 11 would do just fine  :)

DX11, I'd say no, becouse there is very few people with DX11 cards. I'd rather say DX10 or max DX10.1. Imagine, cool Ocullusion, Motion blur, a smoke from the hot damaged place, God-Rays(DX10 and above), bump mapping, shadows, Geometry shaders(DX10 and above) DX10 rays and lights and many other cool things. And I would be thanksful If someone can help me to find a VisualBasic written file in BC. I remember I made a DX8 mod for BC for new editing glow and specular effects and the BC console was saying an error in:
PixelShader = compile ps_1_0 PS_specular();  :funny :D

There are also very few people with a PStriple, but that doesn't stop them making games for it. ;) People who spend loads on a new rig should be able to play with whatever is readily avaliable. Just deactivate the stuff that older cards can't handle. Right?

Nacelles are looking nice, Baz. Will look amazing when they're done I'm sure. :)
