Eximus class (new model?) who was that...
« on: September 07, 2008, 03:24:59 AM »
I've been contacted a couple times about a project involving a new or drastic overhaul of the eximus class (model and texture wise) that has been on bcfiles for some time, but I can't remember who it was. If that person is reading this, please get in touch.
I just realised something. I've released over 300 fully modded ships for bridge commander. Bow to your master :D

I was making total retexture tho the model itself could use some additional polys on secondary hull as well as deflector area to make it look more streamlined.
As you can see on pics below textures are almost complete, just need to add some windows and escape pods, color and hull patterns scheme is similiar to that from Sovereign class.

...Probably not, but the number I get(379.6m) could be considered ?original intent,? a term that I think I will be using from now on, and ?canon? be damned.

me either, recently I played with it (retexture :D ) on MP and in quick battle with all KM 1.0 mutators on and there was no problem with it at all.
oh btw. it's not really worht mentioning but I thought I will mention it anyway :D I've fixed mapping errors on nacelles and now attempting to fix mapping on ventral torpedo/pulse phaser bays and I've scheduled some windows and esc pods texturing for tomorrow ;) more updates soon.

Still I'm looking for someone experienced enough to put some additional polys to secondary hull and maybe impulse engine etc. enybody interested ??? :P
