Ah, I'm not that good with Battle Scenes in BC but I can sure make some lovely close fly-by's of that beauty. :D  That's one fine ship you have there captain. *Stands in Salute*

if DJ had anything new to post about to this mod, he would post an update...
clearly he has alot on his plate with his Galaxy Class, Ent-F Bridge, and all the other projects he juggles while we all wonder how he sleeps lol
so when and if he has updates, he will post them as he has with all of his other threads ;)


(just an FYI - please never ask for updates of any thread that hasnt been posted in a while...  when and if the author has anything to post, they always do...  bumping a thread isnt effective to force input...)

Since this has thread has been revived for the moment.  I will mention that the ship is basically done and almost ready for release.  However, I've got to work out a sound bug in the pulse phasers, make a tactical icon, and set up the weapons display.

Given that there were a few troubles with the Galaxy, I'm putting the Valiant up for open beta, but just for the next few hours.

If you download it, please make a report back here on the thread as soon as you've run the ship through its paces.

I'd like to upload it to BCFiles tonight for a Sunday release.

use megaupload. You need to enter them 3 letters and wait 45 seconds but it can give ya 800kps if you got a connection that will take it.
I just realised something. I've released over 300 fully modded ships for bridge commander. Bow to your master :D

DJ, little word please check your Hardpoints,

Their is no main HP for the Valiant, in the main HP folder, their is only the Galaxy and the Venture, in fact the whole scripts folder seems messed up, after sorting through it all I am lacking the Valiants HP.

99% sure most likely, it seems it needs the hardpoint folder sorting out, and those files are NOT in the supplied pack so it's waiting on DJ Curtis now.

100% sure lol.  You cant load a ship with plugin names etc with Valiant. And then call the Hardpoint  Galaxy.  I think he made a mistake while packing the stuff;)

I just looked at the scripts folder has the galaxy/venture scripts in the scripts/ships subfolder as well as the afforementioned HP folder
