Shield Drainer Help

I need some help with the shield drainer!!! http://bridgecommander.filefront.com/file/Shield_Drainer;26193

I have downloaded. It says to copy the files at the BC Directory. I did that. But after that it says to copy the ''ShieldDrainerX1'' to the desired ship's torpedo compliment. But I don't know where is that torpedo compliment!

And another problem is that it wants me to activate the ''IncurrereTech Shield Drainer" mutator. What the hell is this? And how can I activate it and where is it?

For your second question:

You have to activate the mutator in the configuration/mutators or customize or it wont work.

That would be a change to the Hardpoint, by using BCUT you can add the desired changes.
