I hate double posting AND bumping an older thread, but the HPs for all of the R&D releases are off...no phaser sounds at all, phasers going through ships, and phasers in spots there shouldn't be...now, don't get me wrong though.  The ships all look FANTASTIC!

as for me, I've grabbed the NX nacelle enterprise, and it looks like I gotta shrink the textures down to 512 to use it.

I didn't see that, my bad.  However, I am right about the phasers firing from odd positions...especially on the Stormcrow.

Yea, as the read me said, you'll need the Star Fleet R&D kit for the right textures and sounds. As for the HP's if you can post a pic of what you mean that would be a big help. Tiqhud does my HP's and during testing we had no problems with the phaser fire so it might be a glich. But please post a pic so we can help you out.

Not so much a glitch as phasers not having good arcs, the Legacy being a prime example.  The phasers could clearly fire forward, but there's no forward firing arcs.  There are phasers firing from the nacelles and I don't see emitters anywhere.  The aft phaser on the Stormcrow can fire through the ship itself.  And baz's Enterprise fires its phasers from the saucer rim, which is very strange since there's no emitters there.

well if you need hp's looked at you know who to call. I finally got my crap for recording working here to I can do that hp tutorial on how to do phasers..which may be helpfull to many of you.

The phasers are clearly in a position to fire forward, there's no reason it shouldn't be able to....

And going by the TOS Connie, the phasers would come from the bottom of the saucer, just above the dome.

The Stormcrow is almost 100% perfect, just that aft phaser that comes out of nowhere and is able to fire through the ship.

No definate phaser was pointed out , but if you were addressing the Port aft, fireing through the upright, I fixed because it was Indeed MY mistake, as far as the Legacy and Tos-pre, they will be as they are.  here is the updated stormcrow HP, with Help of Shadowniight here is a newer
