I filled in the back of the slide a little more, and have nearly completed the frame rails (you can't see them because the slide hides them); I need to move the ends of the rails back such that the ejector isn't too far forward. This model is coming along surprisingly easy now.
As far as use in other games is concerned, this 1911 is a basic Mil-Spec, meaning that I can modify it into any of the other Springfield 1911 models without too much difficulty (although cutting finger treads onto the front of the slide will be an extreme pain the ass). Here's the updated pictures, as well as some pictures of Springfield 1911s.
The first two pictures are screenshots of the 1911 MS3D in Milkshape; the next three are the GI (in stainless steel - my exact 1911), Mil-Spec, and Loaded (the full-sized loaded in stainless steel I plan on getting in a few weeks, since it is far superior to the GI) models respectively.
