Akira Clas Mod Pack v3 Problems

So I downloaded the Akira class mod pack from BC files and when i ran the game most of my mods didn't show up in the officer's menu's. I have Kobiashi Maru 1.0 installed. I tried intalling Ftech as the download said but it didn't help....any help would be appreciated  :idk:

check the mutators... they may have been disabled.
Canon is what people argue exists on ships that don't exist.

nah, it's a faulty carrier script, happens whenever there is a bad carrier script.
Simple solution-
Delete the carrier files from the ship pack.
Complex Solution-
Use BCUT to remake the carrier scripts after deleting.

What you should try is go to the BCUT BCSMC (Bridge Commander Ship Menu Creator) there you should select the ship filename that is in the game folder then you click in generate plugin, but sometimes like it happen to my USS Arkroyal the files were tottally out from their files so if the BCUT didnj't work you should open the BC main folder and then go searching for any lose files and put them to their places they shouldn't be too far from it's folder. If this works don't forget to give me a cookie :D but if it doesn't work :facepalm: keep this in mind 'cuz it's very helpul :thumbsup:.

Hey Jimmy, Thanks for the heads up ;)

@kitkat24: First off- without a posted console report, one can only wildly guess what your problems are.

The ship scripts for the Akira mod pack was made using BCUT. To prevent these kind of issues. The pack does not contain any carrier scripts or Mutators. And from what was said here, I "highly" doubt the ship pack is the cause. I can not see how your bridge issues are related to the ACMP.

But, I will say this. Installing download multiple mods and installing them in one huge "dump"? Will cause problems like this. That was a "guess". A console report from you would be most helpful.

**Update**

There is a typo in the ship script ACMPGeromimo that is a typo. In my experience KM dosen't like typos or spelling conflicts. That may be the cause with anyone using KM.

Lets ask what ships have also been installed lately, I know the 1.0 Sobieski, and the WZ Jean-Luc Picard class, and there are more I cant think of right now.

Guilty as charged :) Sobieski and Krakow WILL cause problems due to faulty carrier files (I made foulty carrier file to both) but I also released patches to those, both available on BDFiles so no problem here if you have 'em ;)

Thanks all you guys for the quick responses. Unfortunately my computer just broke down (along with my TV, all in the same day.....) So until I get a new power supply I guess this isn't that big of a problem..... >.<

You should get the updated version of the PDW ships
This contains the Krakow, Sobieski, Cortez and Firesteel Classes, they are the updated version of Bones PDW ships, they also have the fixed Carrier scripts!
