Game keeps minimizing

Hello all everytime I start up BC it will load but will minimize to the taskbar and I have to keep clicking before it will stay ontop but even then it might not stay and now I cant get a menu at all just black with pictures of the sov on the main menu screen, im running dual ati 4850's with 4gigs of ram and windows 7 64bit any help with this issue would be great

Tried that still does it and all my drivers are up to date, this is a fresh install with no mods

Try switching to windowed mode and then reverting back.

It won't go into window mode it stays in full screen

EDIT I switched the color depth from 16 to 32 and managed to get into game but as soon as I go to options all the menu buttons go black and all I can see is the sov and the other animation

EDIT EDIT I got it into windowed mode by running as admin and it works fine though I wish it was full screen I guess I just have to deal with it like this

If installed in program files.. Try making a new install outside program files. Then I think it will work okay.

I made a copy on my desktop like always caus me and a friend like to play without mods and it does the samething
