Looking for Somebody

I'm looking for Cavan Millward or aodonnel for permission to convert and release his Aegis Class over to Armada 1 and 2. The people at BC Files recommended I ask around here. Does anybody know how to find him? His e-mail address doesn't seem to work anymore.

Any suggestions then? The last time I converted one of his ships, his e-mail address still worked and I was able to get permission.
