It is almost finished. I saw that King doesnt liked the place of the deflector dish, so I moved it. From now to tommorow I will gather advices for the ship. Say what you like and what you dislike.

The impulse needs to be blue, and i don't quite like the yellow bridge, but other than that it looks nice.

The antennas need a base to extrude from i think, also this model looks very angular, I am all for low polies (infact I live by them) but this looks too low for this model in my opinion. Unless your planning a mod for a Gameboy DSI or summat like that.

Its a good start, and its nice to see you can texture and map also, I look forward to seeing how you progress this further. good luck  ;)

Try chamfering and smoothing the bottom of the hull that connects to the pylons. And also add a bit more hull around the edge of the bussards, the connection there is waaay too abrupt.

Well, the poly limit for BC is 21k polies, so 10.2k is definitely in the range.

If you speak to any gaming professional they will tell you that  21,000 polies may work on any build of any engine but it is extremely high for an individual object, I am not criticising his work, I am trying to help him perfect it. We are all here to learn right.  ;)

I'd like to say that a wile back in this topic when he first asked for help on the saucer and arms i did warn him once i fixed his problem and sent it bact to him that he has clusters of vertexes that needed to be addressed. After i fixed his problem i drag clicked in parts of the saucer and arms and selected 3 to 5 V's in the same spot where one would do. I did however remover 3 clusters of 15 and returned the model and tole him of what i found. His model is great and i'm looking forward to his down load, but your all right that its high for this ship. I sajest that once the texturing phase is done that he should do a recheck of the model and collapse some of the extra V's. But its not necessary for it's in the mid range of size.

I know where is my mistake when I was drawing the NX. Look at the attached picture. I draw the NX by points. And sorry for the stupid question. What is cluster here in 3D modeling? :roll
