Your load order

Well, since my hard drive crashed I lost my repository of BC Files (oh my precious music mods! :() So I though I should drop my conservative nature and explore new worlds.

What kind of quality mods would you guys recommend for a fresh install?

Don't mention bridges, uniforms, or KM as I have all that set.

I mean, I could go download all the same ships and stars and scripts that I had, but where would the exploration in that be?

Been through those plenty. And those mostly end up being ships more than anything else.

I know, I've been through it several times. I have all the ships I could possibly want, I'm looking for stuff like scripts and environmental things that might not have been mentioned there.
