Galaxy Charts/Warp crashes BC
« on: April 22, 2009, 12:40:45 AM »
So for a while now, week or two when I have Gravity Charts enabled through the mutators my ship doesn't do the animation or initiate warp, just stays there in flyby view and when disabled I do get to warp but after the warp flash and a few second ST: BC crashes.

Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, maybe help or suggest a way to sort it and why, it'd be greatly appreciated. =)

Have you checked the console once it goes into fly-by view (but before the actual warp)?

Also, there are a couple of other Galaxy Chart threads around here, then there is the BCS-tng support forum for Galaxy Charts.

eek, had a friend come around and show me the workprint of X-men Origins: Wolverine, putting aside and acknowledging that it's post production work, it's a good movie, can't wait for it to come out so I can see it at the cinemas, either way, back on topic.

I took some screenshots and screen captured STBC along with uploading to youtube, so here are the screenshots, youtube is still processing the video, I'll post it as soon as possible.

(i had to remove the youtube tags because you titled the video with a vulgar word, which isnt permitted in this forum...)

I think you will have to ask on bcs-tng.com, this issue has been raised before, so a search can't hurt either. But you will find the answer on bcs-tng.com

IIRC GC 1.0 has a bug by which it doesn't deactivate properly. Author is aware of the problem and has come up with a fix in the new version, I think... But he is aware of it.
