Flickering Speculars

My speculars have artifacts an flicker slightly. Anybody know what it is and what to do against? I have no idea. :arms:

Artifacts (in textures) are annoying details that are "off", such as jaggies.

Could you take a screenshot of the problem?

As in bits of the specs flicker on and off?  I have the same thing, it might be a graphics card thing though.

Every speculars, yes. Might be a setting in the graphics card. There are just sooo many  :?
