I'm liking the way this ship is shaping up. The new pylons are good but the way they attach to nacelles could use some work I think.

A couple of well placed phaser or disruptor blasts, will snap those nacelles off like a pretzel. Sorry, but so far i'm not very keen on this "JJverse Miranda".

Well, that happens to normal Mirandas and normal Constitutions.

As far as Phaser cannons go, are you making this a TOS version Miranda with JJ-Prise parts sorta, or is it gonna be like a TMP Version of the Miranda with JJ Parts?

Every line on the JJPrise is smooth. The JJMirry should look smooth also.

ok time to clear some stuff up and put to bed the pylon debate.

As I stated the pylons are done, I am happy with they.

As for how vunerable they are, they are no more at risk of detachment than any other trek ship from the NX-01 to the Sov.

So it is time to move on from the pylon issue I am not re-building them again as I am happy with them. And they won't snap off any easier than the JJprise of the kelvins nacelles.

I have chamfered the aft section and added "retro" phaser cannons.

The model is now complete, now to paint it.

wow, im really impressed, BUT there is one in the movie, if u look really really closly, theres somthing very similer, but it looks to have the deflector on it still. i'll dig up the pic if i can find it and post it to u. there's also a 4 nacel one too

If it's got Kelvin decals, it en't a Mirry.

It needs Warp nacelles that the JJPrise uses.

The Kelvin Refit has been uploaded this morning.

JJMiranda is almost ready to beta, some HP tweaks still to do.
