He didn't draw that picture. That was found Starship Dimensions. It's probably the only good side-view reference pic.

The textures look really stretched and distorted on the fins.

I'm still learning uv unrapping. they look like stars, not sure which shape to switch them to to improve the textures.

I would do it as a cylinder then edit them manually.
