Defiant Class Mod Pack

I installed the mod as specified to the installation instructions, now everytime I use the USS Thunderer it crashes. Here's the error report and it seems i'm missing a torpedo someplace anyone have that file? Thanks.

according to the readme, there are some requirements for that mod...

I downloaded tons of weapon mods and packs, so I think I overlooked that one. I'll try it out and see.
