Scale issues

Okay, so I fiddled around with KM Excelsior and Lakota, the Chabot, and the PDW Excel.  Serious scaling issue.

How would I fix this?

My guess would to rescale the ship in 3ds Max.

Though, did you ever think the scale was intentional?

If it was, the decks on the PDW Excelsior are about half the size of the Chabot.  :?

the only way to rescale is to resize the mesh and then redo the HP.
