Here's a pic of the ship in-game without errors at last :) now I have only wait for phasers from Lint and improve HP so this ship is going to be released preety soon (if there will be no complications ;) )

I'm thinking about making warp grills lit more blue rather than sky blue...

The post-nemesis sovvy had some very nice warp grilles. maybe take a peak there for comparison. ;)

Actually since post-nem sovvy is my mod why shouldn't I use warp grills from it ?  :lol: excellent idea :D

I'm pretty sure the models always been like that.  Wickedzombie has some great designs but his early meshes had quite a bit of smoothing errors that are visible in BC.

Yeah I was also bothered by these smoothing errors but how can I fix it ??? is it possible to fix it with milkshape ?

Huh so much for messing with model by myself I guess  :)

I've finished bottom saucer and added thrusters also I've redid textures on nacelles especially platings, warp grills and bussards. HP has been tested in game and it's working except for phasers on saucer which fires through it (ventral phaser is working as dorsal and vice versa :S ) I'll post some ingame shots tomorrow, hopefully with modeled phasers strips ;)
for now have some ms3d shots :D

p.s. I will be making ID_maps for this one so I'll release it as a pack of some ships, post some names for these, let's say 5 names

Looks great bones, the only thing i recommend is to tone down the opacity of the highlight and shadow on the escape pods and sensor array, maybe also decrease the structue size down to about 2/3, other than that, its looks awesome.

The Sorcerer is hardly one of his early meshes.  More than likely the smoothing error occured during the porting process.  It tends to happen.

This ship was released in TMP version by Wicked Zombie some time ago, I just replaced nacelles and textures to fit this ship into ST NEM era mainly because there is no excelsior refit in such era ;)

now does anybody have any idea what to do with those phasers ??? it is the same issue as on uss dauntless recently released by JB06...
