HF43 - MOD WEEKLY: DJ CURTIS' work
« on: January 23, 2008, 11:05:58 PM »
I've just watched this on youtube.

Now, just to let you all know...I've never been asked to allow parts of my video "USS Enterprise NCC 1701 - F by DJ Curtis" to be used in anyones video.  It has my name in it (as it is in the ending of that video), but it's the fact that I have not been contacted.

I'm going to investigate this further.

Their page on this podcast is located here at their forum:

Cord - I just want you to know that I wasn't informed about the use of the video.  Croesus is supposed to be contacting me fairly soon about a verbal interview.  I don't mind asking about the video, if you want me to.

As far as the video goes, it was kind of neat for me to watch and listen to.  It's nice to know that the work is appreciated.  I really wish I had more time to work on this stuff.

No worries about that DJ.

I'm investigating the subject now and I've posted on their forums on the page where the podcast is posted.  I'm going to have to watch their podcasts more often, it is pretty darn good. :D  Lots of inside info for sure, lol.

Hailing Frequency has always been the best Trek Gaming podcast out there. I'm just happy they are starting to move back to BC modding, since they've spent a lot of time over the last year working on Armada III and Legacy modding. Now that those two games are slowing down a bit (mostly because Ultimate Universe is wrapped up in Stage 2) it's nice to hear some stuff from the home front.

Okay, It seems I've gotten to the bottom of it. :D

They needed a filler for that "Mod Weekly with Croeses" during the text interview with DJ Curtis.  They were also on a tight schedule to release that particular episode.

It's a tad unprofessional but hey, we all make mistakes.  I watched the entire show and it's way more then 30 minutes long so I congratulate them on their hard work to complete this video.  I await (eagerly) for more in the future. :D
