OK guys, got some big plans for this over the weekend including:

  • Resize everything to 80% of current size (thing is too big atm)
  • That has a knock on effect of redoing ALL animations (yay)
  • ReRender most lightmaps in VRAY (Max 9)
  • Explorer is going to try to get the LCARS finished by the end of the week

So hopefully v3 will be the last ever version :P

Who's doing/has the textures? I would really like some carpet, wall, and ceiling for the update on a project I'm doing for one of my RPG ships (or sources where I can). I posted a topic about in the Graphics Art Forum.

Here you go guys, this is 99% finished now - and its been a massive process. So far we have:

  • New Science, Tactical, and Helm stations added
  • Floor remapped
  • Pillars remodelled
  • Bridge rescalled
  • Complete reanimation
  • New lightmaps rendered
  • Permenant extra added to Science II
  • Red Alert lighting revamped
  • Added captains station animation (opens at alert)
  • All textures revamped
  • New LCARS added from Explorer.
  • Bridge Plugin Core features added including specific bridge sounds, red alert lights in front wall, and animated command console.

Shouldnt be much longer :)

Reporting.

1.9GHz CPU and 9200 SE (sort of on par with Geforce 5700, just less emulation ability).

Wow, that's amazing. I actually think my comp is just a little better than that, lol. I'll have to check when I get home. Really looking forward to it's release. I was always fond of the Intrepid bridge.

And no, I'm not just saying that to suck up.

Well, I've tried, and it's very playable.
A little bit of lag, say, comparable to the high version prometheus.
