I think the guy in question had a thread going for that ship here at BCC a while back, browse through the modding pages and find out what the guy's username is..... then PM him lol.

you might want to PM a BCFiles Staff Member and ask them if he registered to BCFiles with an actual email addy... (altho i dont think they would be able to divulge that info?) i noticed he didnt include one in his readme, and even still the email he used when registering to BCFiles could be an old one of his...  so it is hit-or-miss, but you never know...  might be worth it...

EDIT:
looks like he was the author of this ship as well:
http://bridgecommander.filefront.com/file/;76040
and going thru the comments of the ship, comment #18 by aodonnel says "author's comments", so it might be the same guy...  you can click on that name and send an email that way...  if aodonnel isnt the same person as Cavan, it is possible he would know how to contact him anyway...

Even if you do get into contact with him, I dont think he would let you port it to Legacy. Assuming that you want this ported to Legacy as you have done quite a few ports of other ships.
Can't wait for 2014 to start.

Please let it be his concern if he is able to accept another great Trek-Game besides BC, ok?

I just cought him floating around in BCU of all places.
I just realised something. I've released over 300 fully modded ships for bridge commander. Bow to your master :D
